To register and maintain your playtame Account; verify your identity and age (21+ requirement); process deposits and withdrawals to your linked GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine bank account; deliver game sessions and record gameplay outcomes; and administer promotional programs and loyalty rewards.
To fulfill playtame's obligations under PAGCOR's licensing requirements; conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as required by the AMLC and PAGCOR; file mandatory regulatory reports including Covered Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) under the AMLA; and respond to lawful requests from Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access to Accounts; identify and respond to fraudulent activity including bonus abuse, identity fraud, and collusion; monitor for suspicious transaction patterns requiring AML review; and maintain the integrity of the Platform's games and systems.
To monitor gameplay patterns that may indicate problem gambling behavior; enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion settings activated by Players; support playtame's compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements; and communicate with Players displaying indicators of gambling-related harm.
To analyze aggregate, anonymized gameplay and navigation data for the purpose of improving Platform performance, game catalogue, and user experience. Individual behavioral analytics used for Platform improvement are anonymized or pseudonymized before analysis.
To respond to support requests and complaints; deliver transactional communications including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts; and — subject to your consent — communicate promotional offers and platform updates.
playtame does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances:
playtame engages third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including payment processing (GCash / GXI, PayMaya / Voyager Innovations, Philippine banks), KYC and identity verification services, game software providers (JILI Technology, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others), cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and customer support tools. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to process your data only as instructed by playtame and to maintain appropriate security measures.
playtame will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction. Such disclosures include but are not limited to CTR and STR filings under the AMLA.
playtame may share personal data with other PAGCOR-licensed operators and fraud prevention organizations for the purpose of identifying and preventing known fraudulent actors, money laundering networks, and multi-platform bonus abuse. Sharing in this context is conducted on a minimum-necessary basis.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of playtame's business or assets, personal data held by playtame may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections and notification to affected Players.
No Marketing Sale: playtame does not and will not sell your personal data to advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketing organizations. Any marketing communications from playtame are based on your direct relationship with the Platform, not on data sold to or from third parties.
playtame uses cookies and similar browser-based tracking technologies on the Platform for the following purposes:
Non-essential cookies may be declined or removed via your browser settings. Most modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through the browser's privacy or settings menu. Blocking essential cookies will impair your ability to use the Platform, including logging in and completing transactions.
playtame does not install third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies that would allow external advertising networks to build a profile of your browsing activity across the internet based on your playtame visits.
playtame retains personal data for the periods necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. The following retention guidelines apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Retention periods may be extended where data is required as evidence in ongoing regulatory investigations, legal proceedings, or dispute resolution processes.

Your Role in Security: While playtame maintains robust platform-level security, account security also depends on practices you apply to your own credentials. Use a strong, unique password for your playtame account, enable available multi-factor authentication, and never share your login details with anyone. Report suspected unauthorized access to your account to support immediately.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you hold the following rights with respect to your personal data held by playtame. These rights may be exercised by submitting a written request to playtame's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 14:
playtame will acknowledge rights requests within five (5) business days and endeavor to complete requests within thirty (30) calendar days. Requests requiring complex processing may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days with notice and explanation. Identity verification is required before any rights request is processed.
The playtame Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This is the mandatory minimum gambling age under PAGCOR regulation in the Republic of the Philippines.
playtame does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 — through misrepresentation at registration or any other means — we will immediately suspend the Account, delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by law, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.
Parents and guardians who believe their minor child has accessed the playtame Platform are strongly encouraged to contact our support team immediately via live chat or the email address in Section 14.
Age Verification: Age is self-declared at registration and subsequently verified through KYC document review. The combination of declaration, document verification, and facial matching provides multiple checkpoints to prevent underage access to real-money gaming.
playtame's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be processed by service providers outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software developers operating from other jurisdictions.
Where cross-border transfers of personal data occur, playtame ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act and the NPC's guidelines on cross-border data transfers. This includes ensuring that the receiving country or organization provides an adequate level of data protection, or implementing appropriate contractual safeguards including standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC.
playtame will not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of protection without implementing appropriate safeguards and, where required, obtaining your explicit consent.
The playtame Platform may contain references to third-party services such as GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banking institutions for payment purposes. While playtame has data processing agreements with these service providers, playtame is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms once you navigate away from playtame.vip.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to personal data processed by playtame in connection with the playtame Platform and its services. playtame encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your playtame account.
playtame may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or Platform features. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.
Material changes to this Policy — particularly those affecting the legal basis for processing, data sharing practices, or your privacy rights — will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address on file and through a prominent notice on the Platform. For non-material changes, the updated Policy will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
